of very simple confection, made with traditional ingredients, and whose
recipe goes along way, which makes them economic.
They are dry cakes but very fluffy, which are great for snacks, or simply
to accompany a cup of tea..
- Súplicas (350g) 2x – The súplicas are delicious biscuits of convent origin, They are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The recipe is rooted in Portuguese confectionery traditions, being today one of the icons of popular confectionery, particularly in the north of Portugal.
