• FOLAR TRADICIONAL DE OLHÃO (670g) – The folar of Olhão consists of layers of pastry interspersed with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. In the oven, the sugar and fat result in a caramel-like syrup, from which comes its shine and moist appearance.
